Cable-cutting Machines
Eight automated wire-cuttlng machines enable the processing of a vast array of single core, copper braid and multl-core wires. Equipment from Kodera, Schleuniger and Komax combines precise and consistent stripping quality with high speed processing.
  • Wire range: single core wires from 0.03mm2 - 10mm2 (32AWG - 8AWG)
  • Hydraulic cutting: up to 120mm2
  • Ribbon cable, sleeving and heat shrink: up to 130mm width

Programmable rotary cutting of co-axial and tri-axial cables up to 11mm OD and strip lengths up to 40mm.

Our investment in this latest generation technology enables cutting and stripping of multi-core power and data cables including precision stripping of inner cores. The unit can also provide 'hot stamp' wire, cable and tube marking concurrently with the cutting process.

To complement our Kodera multi-tasking work centre we've invested in the latest Komax Gamma machine. Both machines provide a highly flexible and fully automated facility for processing medium to high volume batches including crimping and/or tinning for wire lengths of 20mm and over.

  Crimp Terminal Presses
Support for all leading terminal manufacturers with a wide range of automatic tooling, including mini applicators for AMP, Molex, JST, Harwin, Cembre, Utilux etc, fixed die automatic presses for pre-insulated terminals, heavy duty pneumatic presses (up to 4mm2) and heavy duty hydraulic presses (up to 120mm2).

Our team of specialists ensures that all products undergo a strict introduction process, with careful attention to key standards so that relevant component assembly tolerances are met. Only when this exacting process is complete (assembly drawings signed off, first-off samples approved, bills of materials released etc.) can manufacturing commence.
